Koa Ridge to be starting sales soon! The much anticipated master planned community between Waipio and Mililani is targeted to be a 10 year project with 3500 homes. The first phase will be Nanea at Koa Ridge and will consist of single family CPR homes. More single family homes, duplexes, and townhomes (affordable and market) to be released at later dates.
