About Kerri

Kerri is happy to join her husband, Neil, on Team Kuioka as a Listing Specialist.  

Prior to real estate, Kerri was a practicing attorney in Los Angeles for many years, then joined Arnold & Porter LLP as a staff attorney in San Francisco.  She has worked for the past 5 years in real estate as a Listing Specialist for the owner and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty and has helped with the sale of properties totaling approximately $250 million in volume.  She is excited to assist you in helping to coordinate the process of preparing your home for sale.  Her background provides the added assurance that your home preparation and sale will proceed smoothly.
